We may disclose information regarding customers and/or former customers to affiliated and non-affiliated companies that perform certain administrative or recordkeeping services on our behalf, to other financial institutions with which we have processing or other customary arrangements, financial institutions with which we have joint marketing or other agreements such as mutual fund companies, and/or as permitted or required by law. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, Tangible Wealth Solutions’ general policy is that registered representatives of Tangible Wealth Solutions are allowed to retain certain of their clients’ information should he or she elect to move their registration(s) to another broker-dealer.

Because Tangible Wealth Solutions shares non-public personal information solely to service our client accounts, we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers, except with the client’s consent, or as permitted or required by law.

Opportunity Zone Disclosures

Investing in Opportunity Zones is speculative. Opportunity Zones are newly formed entities with no operating history. There is no assurance of investment return, property appreciation, or profits. Investing in Opportunity Zone funds may involve higher risk than other established real estate offerings. Limited secondary market for Opportunity Zone – Although secondary markets may provide a limited liquidity option, the amount typically realized is often discounted from current valuations. Difficult valuation assessments – The portfolio holdings in Opportunity Zone funds may be challenging to value, as financial markets or exchanges usually do not quote or trade these holdings. Therefore, market prices for most of a fund’s holdings are not readily available. Capital call default consequences – Meeting capital calls is a contractual obligation. Failure to fulfill this requirement in a timely manner could result in significant adverse consequences, including, but not limited to, forfeiture of your interest in the fund. Leverage – Opportunity Zone funds may use leverage in connection with real estate investments. Leverage creates a high degree of financial risk and may increase exposure to factors such as rising interest rates, economic downturns, or unanticipated investment. Regulation – Due to tax, regulatory, or investment decisions, it is possible that a fund or its investors may be unable to realize anticipated tax benefits. It is advisable to evaluate the merits of the underlying investment and not invest solely for potential tax advantages.
